Follow these steps before you order a battery, charger, or accessory
1Find your device model
Check the sticker on the underside of your laptop, or Settings > About, for the exact model number (e.g. Dell Latitude 5490, HP ProBook 450 G6).
2Match the specification
For batteries, match the voltage and cell count. For chargers, match the wattage and connector tip size/shape.
3Check the compatibility list
Every product page lists the laptop models and series it fits — confirm your exact model appears before ordering.
4Confirm warranty terms
All Priscom Computers batteries and chargers carry a genuine warranty — check the product page for the warranty period.
