What we handle vs what's referred
Priscom's own Luthuli Avenue workshop repairs Windows laptops (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Toshiba) in-house. For a MacBook, we act as your drop-off point and coordinate the repair with a specialist Apple repair partner rather than opening the machine ourselves, because Apple hardware uses proprietary tools, parts and diagnostics that our workshop isn't set up for. This is a deliberate, honest limit, not a hidden one.

- Collect your repaired MacBook from the Luthuli Avenue workshop.
