1. About these terms

These terms govern purchases of goods and services from Priscom Computers, whether online at priscom.co.ke, by phone or WhatsApp, or in person at our Moi Avenue or Luthuli Avenue stores. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Ordering

• An order placed online or by message is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and/or accept payment.
• Product photos and specifications are provided in good faith. Ex-UK and refurbished units can differ in cosmetic condition from the photo.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KSh). We accept M-Pesa, card and cash.

4. Delivery and collection

5. Warranty

Goods and repairs are covered by our Warranty Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

See our returns policy. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose are not excluded by these terms.

7. Repair services

• When you leave a device for repair we give you a job reference.
• A diagnostic fee applies and varies by device and the diagnostics required. It is not waived if you proceed with the repair, except for a confirmed warranty-covered claim.
• No chargeable repair work proceeds until you have been told the diagnosis or quotation and have authorised the work.

8. Corporate and institutional orders

Payment and credit terms for corporate and institutional orders are agreed according to the quotation, LPO, approved customer account and applicable commercial agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The priscom.co.ke website, its content and branding are owned by Priscom Computers.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
