Where we deliver
Within Nairobi, orders are delivered by rider or delivery-errand service. Outside Nairobi, we use suitable courier or parcel services.
Delivery cost
Delivery charges are confirmed before dispatch, based on the delivery location and order size.
Delivery time
Delivery time is confirmed when your order is processed, based on the delivery location.
Collection
You can collect any order free of charge from our Moi Avenue store (Rahimtulla Trust Building, 1st Floor, Shop 6) or our Luthuli Avenue workshop (White Ash Complex, Shop B13). We will message you when it is ready. Bring your order confirmation and ID.
Risk in transit
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, follow our returns policy.
